When you contact us or sign up for updates: your name, email, club or team, and your message.
When a coach uses the Lineup Builder: the coach's email (to sign in), team name, age group and state, and the roster the coach enters: each player's first name, jersey number, level, 1 to 5 skill ratings, lineups and at-bats and hits.
We ask coaches to enter first names and jersey numbers only. Please don't enter last names, birthdates, photos, addresses or health information.
Only the coach who created the team can see or change its roster. Ratings never appear on a lineup a coach copies or shares.
If a coach leaves anonymous trends on, we save a separate copy of ratings and playing time (innings by position, innings sat, at-bats and hits) under a random code. That copy has no names, jersey numbers, team or coach attached. Only age group, state and season stay with it. We use it to understand how young players develop, and we only ever share results as group totals. Coaches can turn trends off for a team at any time.
Coaches can delete a team and everything in it from the Lineup Builder. To delete your account or ask what we hold about you, email carrie@rooted-academy.com.
Supabase stores Lineup Builder accounts and rosters. Netlify hosts this site. Kit sends our emails when you ask for updates. Google Analytics measures site visits.
